Personal hygiene, and ability to cope with keeping up with daily hygiene need
Medication, is it being taken correctly, are scripts due for renewal, putting meds out in weekly dispenser to make life less complicated for the client
How we operate
-Visits by a Professional Registered Nurse this will be a social and basic medical check visit
-Social visits to check up on wellbeing, have a chat and a cup of tea. All visits and findings will be reported back to office to be assessed by a professional nurse.
Shopping
List must be sent 24 hours before required.
We request a deposit be placed so we can do this, receipts and balance of depot will be sent within 24 hours of shop.
Disposables
Adult diapers and disposables can be arranged, cost on request.
Transport
We can take you or your loved one to an appointment.
We usually use a qualified paramedic to do any transportation in a private car.
Handyman
We have a handyman on call to deal with small repairs around the home.
Full PPE for prevention of COVID 19 will be used at each visit, but we cannot be held responsible for injury or illness during a visit.
